Members and households
One record per person, joined to the household, with the history of who changed what.
Fellowkeep holds the members, the giving, the events and the child check-in in one place, with an app for the congregation, so the knowledge does not leave when the volunteer does.
One record per person, joined to the household, with the history of who changed what.
Recorded against the member, reconciled with the processor, and issued as a tax receipt without a spreadsheet.
What is coming up, who came on Sunday, and who has not been seen in a month.
A printed label, a matching collection code, and a record of who collected.
Members give from the app, by card, into the church's own account. Every gift lands against the member and the fund, cash and cheques recorded by the office sit beside it, and the year-end tax receipt is already done.
Processed by Stripe straight into the church's own Stripe account. We never hold the church's money.
Recorded by the office with the cheque number or the e-Transfer reference, so the same gift is never counted twice.
For churches in Canada: a member chooses Interac in the app, approves the request in their own bank, and the gift is recorded and receipted when the money arrives.
Members give, see what is on this week, and keep their own details up to date. Volunteers check children in and look up a member from the same app.
Test on AndroidOne price per church, published here.
The records a church office runs on.
Everything above, plus the parts a larger church runs on.
No transaction fee, at either tier. We never take a percentage of your offering. A church collecting $150,000 a year keeps all of it. The card processor's own fee is the only one on a gift.
